Remember that all of Ecuador is experiencing an electricity crisis and you will be without water, wifi, cellular service for extended periods of time. This unit is on the 6th floor and the elevator will also be affected. There's no generator to run the building's essentials.

This place was a home run for our family vacation! Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, amazing views and amenities, good location, safe and tranquilo. Host was very helpful accommodating arrangements for my elderly mother, and I really appreciated that. Clear and quick communication. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others thinking about it!

We don't have enough words to describe how amazing this place is. Impeccable, conveniently located, it had everything you needed for cooking, for the bathroom, the rooms and in general all the facilities that a tourist wants to have. Something that we should highlight is Ronald's attention to detail and hospitality. We were very impressed by his attentiveness and the document he has to welcome you. Herman’s place was great!, everything was just like the listing stated. Very quiet at night and very private. Rosita, Hernan’s mom, was wonderful!. Hot water worked perfectly, so did the air conditioning and the tv with Netflix, I highly recommend Hernan’s place for a short or long stay . Thank you Hernan for a wonderful time!
