Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

A heated outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and large umbrellas for shade. The pool's clear water reflects the blue sky, creating a serene atmosphere. The pool area is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, with ample space for lounging.

A marked hiking path next of the house leads directly to the top of Sveti Vid, offering a stunning view of most of island.
