quiet holiday apartment, 27 sqm, close to the city

Experience Potsdam skin close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential area directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam-Zentrum are about 3-5 km away from here and can be easily reached by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Sunny apartment close to the water and central

This apartment is located in the beautiful Weberviertel in Potsdam. Quiet on a small side street, centrally located. Within walking distance you can reach the S-Bahn, bus and tram and the Park Babelsberg. The apartment is ideal for families, smaller groups and business travelers. It can be rented both for a short time and longer term. Free parking is available in front of the house. The price is still 7.5% city tax (pay cash or bank transfer via Airbnb).

I offer you my small apartment in a semi-detached house in quiet Nauen. The apartment is located in the attic, about 900 m from Nauen train station. Berlin BhfZoo can be reached quickly (25 min). The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. What a location; right next to Park Sanssouci! The apartment is located exactly where city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: Look forward to "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city center with the idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, whereby the path leads through the historic old town.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh directly on the water, overlooking Lake Templin. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the lake view. A 1.60 m wide box-spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. A TV, a small stereo system and some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.

Cozy and comfortable 2-room apartment.

My guest apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2-4 people. It is comfortably and modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day of excursions, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
