In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

What a fantastic location; right by Sanssouci Park! The flat is located right where the city and nature come together: historic buildings, a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, yet a bit secluded. You can look forward to 'Park Sanssouci' right on your doorstep (about a 300-metre walk). The historic city centre, with its cosy street and park cafés and excellent shopping options, can be reached in about five minutes on a pleasant walk, which takes you through the historic old town.

This spacious 230 sqm country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, a main shopping area in West Berlin and around 15 minutes from Potsdam. Experience Potsdam up close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential development directly on the Ravensbergen, which is beautifully inviting for hiking and biking. The main train station and Potsdam center are about 3-5 km away from here and very easy to reach by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our exclusively equipped Art Remise offers comfortable and very central accommodation for two to four guests: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the Sanssouci Palace, the historic Potsdam city center or the water landscape on the Havel Bay. The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Downtown Potsdam, live in the Dutch Quarter.

The apartment is on the first floor in the courtyard building. There is a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A cozy outdoor area is all yours too. You will stay in a Dutch house in the Holl. Quarter. Downtown location with 1-minute walk to the tram. The main train station can be reached via 4 stations. Almost all attractions, food, drink, shopping are within walking distance.
