House directly on the Spree with hot tub and sauna

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen.

Located in Groß Kreutz (Havel), the villa seminarhaus has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 22 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as children's books and toys. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use.
