In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Old stone house

The 95m² house is located in a charming little hamlet in the fields and woods. Totally independent accommodation with 2 private entrances. Very quiet, nights of rest guaranteed. Close to the Gers, of which Gramont was still part of just over 200 years ago (Close to Saint-Clar, Lectoure). Also nearby (about 6 and 15 km) are supervised bathing areas: swimming pool, lakes, very well equipped leisure centre.

Studio in Gers

Comfortably furnished for two people and located in our small village of Castet- Arrouy, come and relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Dogs are allowed under conditions. This year, we have chosen to charge an additional €3 per animal per day. There is more housekeeping and cleaning to do after your furry friends leave. Thank you for understanding.
