Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Praia

This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Listing as described. Spacious, clean, close to small shops. You have to take a taxi or rent a car to get to the city center of Praia. Maria Teresa sent us a taxi to the airport for our arrival,she has a vehicle to rent if needed. Maria was very available and ready to keep our belongings for a stay on another island! In short we recommend, Maria Teresa is a very good host thank you 😊

Nice apartment close to shops, beaches, and promenade. Well connected to the city center by buses. Paulo is very friendly and responsive host. I would stay in this apartment again should I visit Praia in a future.

Cozy apartment in a house that is located directly on the sea. Stylishly decorated and clean. The city center of Praia is within walking distance or easily accessible by taxi via the beach promenade. Easy check-in and check-out with the possibility to store luggage until onward.

Very nice spacious villa, very responsive and available host, in a quiet residential area and accessible amenities, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Also, the air conditioning in each room, and the cozy outdoor area with very clean pool are very nice.

The place is very big and looks like the pictures. The house is well located close to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets. The host was communicative and helped with additional arrangements like airport pick ups. Thank you for the stay!

Carlos was responsive, flexible, very friendly, arranged, the apartment very clean, all the necessary amenities and above all the neighborhood is very safe and well located to visit the city and even the island as a starting point, he even lent us his garage to put our rented scooter there. He guided us, offered destinations, moreover the day of our departure our had been scheduled for 00:10, he allowed us to stay until 8:00 p.m. in our apartment while the exit was scheduled for 12:00 p.m., and to tell you his kindness he took us to the airport to take a taxi. i would recommend it with his place 200%

Natacha and her family were very helpful. The apartment is well located, we find all our needs within 5min. walk. Bus 8, 10 and 12 take to the center in 10 min for 43 Escudos, taxis are available everywhere as well. The seaside is natural and very beautiful, 15min walk for beautiful walks.

We had a few issues with the listing that the co-host promply resolved and even offered a better stay in another airbnb however that didn't work for us since we chose the place for the location but luckily we were able to work together to solve the issues and ended up having a lovely stay. The location is the best part, close to restaurants, hospital, bus stop and various stores! Jessica was always available to help and Kendra was attentive as well.

We enjoyed staying at Sandro's apartment, everything was very organized and clean. My daughter felt right at home, she was still able to watch Netflix and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurant where they sell the best “catxupa, couscous, as well as fresh bread and coffee” This place is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with your family.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Upon arrival, there were a few small issues, but Dany fixed them within 24 hours. Fantastic! The housekeeper came twice a week and left everything in order. Nice gave us very useful advice and the visit to her store was very nice. In short, a great success. Thank you.

Maria was a great host overall, fast communication and the instructions on how to get there was sufficient as long as the taxi driver from the airport calls her to get those instructions since the street has no name and the apartment has no number. Other than that the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Just $10 euros to/airport and $6 euros to the port. Recommend.

I highly recommend staying at Carlos, the flat is extremely clean and we felt super comfortable. The area is safe and restaurants nearby are delicious. Carlos is a very nice and friendly person.

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. We loved our stay here! The one word that comes to mind when I think of apartment is CLEAN! Cleanliness can be hit or miss in airbnbs, but I do appreciate the effort Nicole and her team put into providing such a clean place. I also appreciate the communication from Denise who coordinated my arrival, allowed me to check in early, and answered numerous questions I had about the area. She pointed me in the direction of where I could find an atm, water, and other necessities within walking distance. Highly recommend!
