It is only 150 meters from the beach: just a 2-minute walk on a beautiful street, without crossing the Rio-Santos highway. Air-conditioning in all en-suites, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, spacious living room and dining table for 14 people. Outdoor area with lawn, barbecue area and hammocks. Great place for a few days of vacation and rest with the family!

Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Look for us on the ubatubacasatemporada networks (all together). Ideal for family enjoyment. We do not accept parties or events, nor loud noise.

My space is about 50 meters from the beach, 12km from the center of Ubatuba, good for relaxing in the hammock, birdwatching, hiking in the woods and varied water sports. Access to the beach on foot (3 minutes) or private parking on the beach for guests. You will love my space because of the architecture, the high ceilings, living room / kitchen / deck open and well ventilated! The view, the location and the ambiance are incredible! Good for couples, individual adventures and families.
