It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It is located in the back of my house, has divisive gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Please be advised that check-in after 9 pm will be subject to evaluation.

The land is private, there are 150mts from the embarkation/disembarkation pier and the main beach; close to markets, bakery, restaurants and other shops. **We do not provide groceries and personal items such as: bath towels, soaps, toothpaste, etc.
