The house is wonderful, exactly as described and as it appears in the photos. The aromatic perfumes of the house give a special touch to the environment. All bedrooms are large and comfortable. The fresh breakfast, sometimes made by Jo ora by Carla, made us feel at home. We're just sorry we don't have a few more days to take advantage of this "corner" :-)

The location is excellent, and the apartment is well furnished with a full kitchen with everything you need. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool and organized, covered and secure parking. Only the check-in was a little late because our name was not at the entrance and we had to wait about 2 hours after the check-in time provided on the Airbnb platform to enter, as the apartment was not ready, we were waiting for cleaning, but overall it was an excellent experience.

Lucas' apartment is wonderful, as is his service and that of Camila. We are very happy that the accommodation is well located, organized and with all the necessary utensils for days of comfort! Tbm condominium is great, with new structure and friendly and diligent staff. All very faithful to the photos! The extra we needed was the extra we needed to enjoy even more days in Itacimirim! Nothing to complain about. What was missing in the description of the notice is that the condominium offers in the pool area an ice machine and filtered water. The place is perfect especially for those who come with children

The property met our expectations. We were accompanying a group that stayed at the Maeva Inn, which is right in front and has a restaurant. The condominium has spacious parking, with two spaces, a swimming pool and an area with tables, a counter with a sink and a refrigerator, it is on a well-kept and wooded street, which is access to the beach. It has a good place to bathe nearby and is a short walk from beach huts. The apartment is very functional with air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a fan in the living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen with utensils.

We loved the stay! Walter was extremely considerate of us! The pleasant atmosphere, there was nothing missing, very well equipped and clean, and quiet! Close to the center and the beaches!
