This studio was renovated and updated in November/2023: new stove, kitchen cabinets, new layout, etc. New landscaping was executed. It maintained the air of an apartment in Grandma's house, but with privacy and functionality. The location is the best: between Iracema Beach, Aldeota and the Historic Center.
