Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia de Iracema

The stay was much better than expected, the apartment was impeccable and was extremely spacious, being much more than presented in the photos! In addition to accommodating 8 people very well. The host was left in the rooms and the apartment was well equipped. The condominium has a very large pool, equipped gym, nearby restaurants, and the beach is very close by. We had a small mishap at check in, because although the host had registered the name of the guests for their stay, upon arriving there had only registered the name of one person in the system, making us have to wait around 40 minutes to get in touch with the host and get into the condominium, it was all wonderful. Of suggestion, to make contact easier if a problem occurs, I suggest the host to leave another phone number to make it easier. No more, I highly recommend this location!

Thiago is very attentive and responds very quickly, a great person. It clearly explained the check-in and check-out and the apartment. You can rent without fear, the place is very good, in the best neighborhood of Fortaleza and the apartment is very complete, with well equipped kitchen, hammocks on the balcony, good quality internet, shower with excellent pressure, in short, an excellent stay, recommend.

It was excellent, comfortable, spacious, clean, with many necessary utensils, and even more than we needed, shade side balcony, and pool view. Excellent Host Aryadna is extremely attentive, careful, and has given us all the support we need to make our trip enjoyable. The only point of suggestion is an air conditioner in the room, or more fan is a slightly warm environment.

We have already rented other units in this condominium, but André's accommodation was a pleasant surprise! The condominium is excellent, on the sand, organized, with kind and attentive staff. Close to good restaurants, markets and etc. You can walk to the beach park along the beach. André's apartment was excellent for my family. Two very comfortable en-suites, plus an outbuilding with a bathroom! Everything is of great quality and working perfectly. The kitchen is complete and had all the utensils we needed. I recommend it to everyone and I am immensely grateful to André for his kindness and speed in communication, always concerned with making everything perfect!

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

The house is good and served well what I needed. It is within a quiet condo, which gives a sense of security. The location is also great, with restaurant, market and other shops nearby. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay.

Environment exactly as in the photos, or even better, does not mention in the listing and I did not find it in the comments, but I find it useful to add, the apartment is on the ground floor, in front of the pool, to see the sea, has direct access to the leisure area! Kitchen with all the utensils, has a dishcloth! The Resort offers the option to buy the towel exchange, 20 reais per person and every day you can take a towel. I did the bug tour, do it is great, a tip, do not close with the drivers who stay outside the resort, it is usually more expensive, I closed for 480.00 and then with one inside the resort was 350! Wear sunscreen and reserve without fear, the place is wonderful!

Comfort and coziness define Laís' apartment! I just fell in love with this little corner!!! Organized, ventilated, very clean house, with lots of closets and spacious wardrobe. Each bedroom has a balcony, there is a wonderful office to study and work things out. The sofa is super comfortable. The balcony off the living room is great too. Easy access garage and elevator were very useful. The utensils are suitable for the stay. And what about the pool space: Sensational!!! There are divine restaurants 5 minutes from the condominium. And there is no dog kennel as I saw in a comment here, at most a bark and I hardly heard it and I spent practically the whole day in the apartment. I didn't feel at home, I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel (my followers loved it too) and it was really hard to say goodbye to how good it was. I would definitely come back to this place.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It was clean and organized. The condominium is great, the beach is beautiful and a few minutes walk from the beach park. Anna always responded promptly to our requests. Perfect place for a few days of rest.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. I already miss “my” space in this home first experience sharing space with the hosts and I can tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The cleaning, decoration and small details convey warmth and lightness in the environment, I felt at home! Felix and Larissa have been helpful and kind since the first day of accommodation, I felt good at ease and safe, which makes all the difference for those who seek this type of stadia, especially for us women.
