Holiday rentals with a sauna in Praia de Martin de Sa

The apartment is impeccable! Decoration, extremely clean, well organized, good bed, warm shower, kitchen with complete household utensils. It was perfect for our stay! The condominium is perfect for enjoying the pool and the beach. Deluxe photos! It's well worth it and super recommend

I've stayed in some Airbnb homes but this was with better attention the host's productivity I highly recommend clean impeccable apartment organized with everything in place

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

The pousada was very comfortable. Although the room was small, the bathroom was a good size, comfortable and very clean. I really value the hygiene of the bathroom. The pousada has 3 4 elements that make it a good rating: excellent breakfast, a heated pool with good temperatures and a sauna, the attention of the staff who was very attentive. The only downside is that it is about 8-10min walking from the beach, which if you don't have discomfort with walking about 700m is fine.

The apartment is exceptional, two bedrooms with considerable space, beds with firm mattresses, the living room overlooking the Prainha and the balcony you can see Martín de Sá. The bathrooms are very good, with hot water and space to leave perfumes and shampoo. The organized kitchen, with a tank nearby, I missed a pressure cooker (it doesn't have) and a clothesline ( what's there, it's got broken feet, we had to improvise). The concierge staff are very attentive and receptive. The place is divine, we can't take advantage of the pool, but it is magnificent with heated water. We can only thank you for the location and indicate 100% the location, it is very worth it.

New Year's Eve could not be better, great condominium, with a lot of infrastructure, monitoring for children, beach service, lush beauty and very hospitable staff The apartment was very clean and organized, has a great balcony, bedrooms with fan and air conditioning, large room. We had no problems and would definitely come back

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

VERY comfortable house, with air-conditioning in all rooms, spacious, clean and organized. Camila and Silvia always with quick and assertive responses. The work of diarist of the 'Lu' which was super punctual, proactive, made a very good breakfast and without invading the guests' space, all very good.

I have no words to describe the moments we spent at the Marjorie Refuge.. she is an extremely sweet, helpful and polite person.. she gave us great indications and welcomed us at an incredible moment of celebration, we could not have chosen a better place to celebrate the birthday of a great friend.. the house has a beautiful view and was the scene of great photos!! The people who work for her are also amazing!! We will definitely seek an opportunity to return... ❤️

We took a family trip, it was the 2nd time we stayed at the house and everyone loved it, spacious and clean rooms, the difference is the heated pool, you don't even want to leave the house! We had a few small issues, but we scored for Sandra, nothing that impacted our experience. The complimentary cake was delicious, we had a good time. We'll be back!! :)

Janaína was extremely courteous and quick to instruct us on how to get to the place and how to use the house's resources. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped place where we could rest and enjoy both the nature of the beaches that are easily accessible in the surroundings, as well as the pool with hot water that was very useful on slightly cloudy days. The internet signal in the house is excellent. The condominium's infrastructure is great. The house has resources available that allow us to have more comfort, such as beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and other leisure items. In the condominium, it is also possible to receive food orders via the app, which makes it easier when you don't want to cook. But on the days we used the kitchen, we had all the necessary utensils available. The rooms have great air-conditioning and good bed and mattress structure. Thank you for your hospitality Janaína!

Leandro and Stela's place is simply spectacular. A special location, with lots of Atlantic forest close by, in a very organized condominium with a market and a restaurant available. Rooms and bathrooms were impeccable, but the real highlight of the house is the outside, especially the hot tub with warm water, in the same courtyard of the barbecue with a very good structure. Contact with hosts has always been very agile and kind.
