Holiday rentals with a sauna in Praia de Martin de Sa

The apartment is impeccable! Decoration, extremely clean, well organized, good bed, warm shower, kitchen with complete household utensils. It was perfect for our stay! The condominium is perfect for enjoying the pool and the beach. Deluxe photos! It's well worth it and super recommend

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Flawless accommodation.. the bedding I believe to be from the hotel are very bumpy but this has nothing to do with the room itself. Mt beach good for kid I'll be back soon with ctz .. for my son was great..

The apartment is excellent. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, quiet and in sight is a spectacle by itself. The condominium already knew and I love the place, which has super polite staff, pool is clean and the heating is back up and it made a total difference. I want to come back more times !

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

The apartment is exceptional, two bedrooms with considerable space, beds with firm mattresses, the living room overlooking the Prainha and the balcony you can see Martín de Sá. The bathrooms are very good, with hot water and space to leave perfumes and shampoo. The organized kitchen, with a tank nearby, I missed a pressure cooker (it doesn't have) and a clothesline ( what's there, it's got broken feet, we had to improvise). The concierge staff are very attentive and receptive. The place is divine, we can't take advantage of the pool, but it is magnificent with heated water. We can only thank you for the location and indicate 100% the location, it is very worth it.

Super I recommend the house of Mariana, because in 30 years renting houses in maresias this was one of the best. I could not smell mold, as some have said, the 4 mouths of the stove are working, the house is wonderful, airy and has everything we need to enjoy days of sun and rain. The perfect Laundry. New Year's Eve could not be better, great condominium, with a lot of infrastructure, monitoring for children, beach service, lush beauty and very hospitable staff The apartment was very clean and organized, has a great balcony, bedrooms with fan and air conditioning, large room. We had wonderful days at the beach house. In addition to the heated private pool, the house has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and gourmet area. The pool table was another success in our stay. Condomino offers a playground, swimming pool, gym, game room and is extremely clean and well organized. We will definitely return and refer to family and friends.

We had an amazing experience! The place is simply wonderful, with an excellent and very well equipped structure. The house is just like the pictures, very cozy, all the en-suite bathrooms which is very comfortable for large families which is very comfortable for large families. It's close to the beach and the complex has lounge chairs and umbrellas, in addition to having extra lounge chairs in the house as well. We had some issues with the showers but Fernanda was always available and we were able to fix it with compensation. It does not have a service of sheets and towels (it says so in the description), but you can ask for although the cost is a little high. Muito Obrigado!

Great house! Super spacious, because the rooms are suites is great for maintaining the privacy of each family. The house requires some maintenance adjustments, but nothing that impacts the stay. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and with a market nearby. The host is very helpful and was flexible at check out. We highly recommend the house!
