The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

It is an environment that uses white color and all the wood part with ipe color (darker), the external doors are in Mexican style. The floor is made of white tiles with a 30-cm baseboard in the same material. The furniture is made of hardwood, sometimes with glass. All constructions are made of apparent solid brick, reminiscent of an ancient style of Mediterranean and Moroccan constructions

The house is on a very quiet and safe residential street, with 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, service area with shower, garage for 2 cars, grassy backyard, a cistern with 10,000 liters plus a 1,000-liter water tank so that guests do not run out of water, swimming pool and an excellent gourmet area with barbecue. The house is fully furnished and has all the items to serve guests in full comfort.

We love pets but our structure does not provide the necessary attention to receive them 😔😔
