Great experience! The house is great, very well located (20 min walk to the bus station and 10 min walk to the beach) and very well equipped. Otávio is a superhost, he maintained great communication at all times, made check-in flexible, left gallons of water in the house, sparkling wine (we spent New Year's Eve there) and even picked us up at the bus station. I recommend it!

We were a group of 30 people ,the house served us super well. The beach is beautiful,it was a wonderful experience!!

My family and I had a very pleasant week at Sebastian/Pedro's Loft! They were very helpful and responded to us very quickly! Mr. Mariano, who welcomed us on our arrival, is also extremely friendly! I had an amazing experience in the house in Arraial do Cabo, facing the sea with a breathtaking view that makes every moment special. The house is complete, very well equipped with all the utensils necessary for a comfortable stay, as if it were our own home. Everything was clean, tidy, and working perfectly. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, comfort and direct contact with nature, I suggest you go by car, as it is a little distant from the center and with difficult access to Uber, but the bus passes on the street in front, Dona Sônia a love of person, very polite and responds quickly. I will definitely return and strongly recommend!

Pablo's place is perfect The neighborhood is great the beach is great markets pharmacies snack bar and restaurants on the beach ...everything very close... you don't need car for anything ... The beach is right next to the house ...very close to the house🏠... We rented the house to a huge group of staff to do a shoot and the house served us perfectly well ... large rooms..comfortable...And an excellent structure... Good internet and everything you need to stay ... The gourmet area is a separate attraction...with a wonderful sunset..

We love the house , the exterior space of the house is spectacular , beautifully decorated , pool area and very good barbecue. 2 very comfortable rooms with air conditioning and with great bedding. The stay at Thiago's house was simply perfect! The pool is large and very well taken care of, ideal for relaxing with the family. Bed and bath linens were super smelling, a care that made all the difference. The garden is amazing, brings a sense of peace and contact with nature. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, ensuring great nights of sleep. The location is also a great highlight: we practically opened the gate and we were already on the beach! In addition, the kitchen is complete, with everything we need during the stay. Thiago was an excellent host. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Wonderful days I spent with my family at Sandra's place, the location is perfect… the house is huge and very well equipped. Highlight for cleanliness, all absolutely spotless ! Opening the windows of the house and coming across that sea a few meters from the eyes is indescribable. About the host (Sandra), she responded to messages in a few seconds. I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back one day

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

The house and beach are great. It is only 50 meters to the sea, everything works well and there is a lot of space in the indoor and outdoor area. We stayed at 14 people comfortably. Marcelo was attentive and had good communication during the reservation and the stay. Our family thanks you for the space.

I would like to recommend Nelson's House. We went to 4 families of friends and we all loved the house, pool, pond… super safe place with 24 hour security… a tranquillity, a peace… the cleaning of every home and furniture was impeccable…. We went to Holy Week and Nelson made a super surprise for the children leaving many chocolates and a balloon full of chocolates… we love the kindness! Only one room has air conditioning, but it didn't miss any other rooms because it has a ceiling fan and it was cool! Ah! In the condominium there is a football field and the children enjoyed a lot! I would definitely come back more often!

We loved the stay, the house is perfect, in front of the beach, a very quiet place, the Rose that received us was super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. We will definitely come back more often!

We spent a week with my partner and felt at home. The accommodation is super equipped with cooking utensils and linens, up to hammocks. We made use of bikes to tour the area and shop, it's a very comfortable way to get around Jaconé. Ivan very kindly welcomed us and advised us with means of transport and places to go out to eat, he was very attentive. We were delighted with the house, it is a very cozy place. The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The Jaconé Sea is not ok for bathing most days, but in front of there is a shower that helps to refresh the sun. The highlight of the condominium are the capybaras coming in to eat the grass, causing charm to everyone who watches. There is a nearby market and farmyard and a crowded square. In front of the house there kiosk and residents frequent in the evenings. The place is very safe and nice.

Great location. Close to the beach. Spacious and airy apartment. The host was super polite and helpful! We had a great family experience!

Good accommodation, clean rooms, kitchen and bedrooms with everything at your disposal. House with great outdoor area. We had minor complications such as a power outage and a problem with the refrigerator, but the owner was proactive and always available to resolve any situation, being in contact with us all the time, even on New Year's Eve.

Excellent accommodation, there were 11 of us and everyone was very comfortable, the rooms are great, with an en-suite, which contributes to the privacy of couples with children. Good utensils for the kitchen, barbecue and etc. The view from the upper rooms facing the beach is stunning, we could watch the sunset, which is beautiful. The beach in front is not so good for diving because the sea is strong, it is dangerous for children, but it did not interfere with our stay at all, as the house has a great starting point for tours, we went to Búzios, Arraial do Cabo and etc… We will certainly take advantage of the accommodation on the next opportunity. The hosts are excellent, they give all the necessary attention.
