impeccable apartment, everything well cared for and beautiful, full kitchen, excellent shower, everything very good. quality sheets, air-conditioning working well. We had a little problem with a curtain, but Nei helped us quickly and it wasn't even a hassle. I intend to come back here more often, no doubt.

The township as soon as I entered and saw the view I was delighted. The house is as advertised in the photos, comfortable, clean, spacious, excellent location, very close to the beach, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and we also had the beach kit: chairs and umbrellas. Great accommodation! Keila was very friendly and attentive from start to finish, with clear guidance and care in the smallest detail. The house is excellent and perfectly served me and my family. Great space with plenty of bathrooms and cozy outdoor area. The location is great, with shops close by and beach that you can walk. It was a delight to spend the holiday hosted here, and we will definitely return other times. I highly recommend!!!

We were extremely pleased with this stay. Fernão was super attentive with us from the beginning, in addition to assisting us promptly when we need it. The house itself is fantastic, in addition to being super well located (safe and pleasant neighborhood, facing the sea literally), it is also super-equipped and with a very good tasteful decoration. Casa has everything needed, from great beds to all the kitchen utensils and barbecue, super safe and in addition to everything very spacious. We'll definitely be back soon !

Mr. Sherman's place is fantastic, all very well organized. Table and bath linen helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normal, very well equipped kitchen. It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to Prainha (the beach we liked the most in San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family area. The place had everything described in the listing, and the WIFI worked very well. The house's kitchen is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage area. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created from what we saw in the photos, and it is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always willing to help us during our stay.
