The location is a great highlight, with easy access to restaurants, markets and the beach, which made our stay much easier. The apto da Paula is great and is located in a condominium with a very good structure and security. Beds are very comfortable, showers are very good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that the curtains are of fine, light fabric, so the rooms with an exit to the balcony are very clear when it dawns. The location is great for those who like to go out to eat, as you can walk to the best restaurants. Outside the high season, access to the beaches is also quite traquilo. I liked it a lot, I would stay again.

The apartment perfectly met the expectations of the listing. The location is excellent, with a great market nearby and very close to the beaches I wanted to visit in Ubatuba (unfortunately, Lazaro Beach was unfit for bathing during my stay). The rooftop view of the sunrise in front of the Marina was one of the highlights of the trip — simply amazing! As a suggestion for improvement, I found the entry system a little confusing with the virtual keys accessed by link. It was necessary to open the Airbnb chat and search for the link whenever you needed to enter, which was not so practical, especially the first time. Also, the building's swimming pool could have heating, as outside of the summer season it is difficult to enjoy it. Overall, the stay was great and we are grateful to hosts for their receptivity!

Second time staying in this apartment. We very much like the space, it is an excellent condominium (great infrastructure and location). For those who want to stay close to the center of Ubatuba and not depend on a car, it is the right choice. My only observation is that the apartment is in need of a little attention. Nothing that is a deterrent to rent again, but for the fact that I like this apartment that I make this addendum. I highly recommend it and will be back!!! And Mayra is always available to guide and help, as is D. Luzia.

The accommodation is excellent. It is located on the trendiest beach in Ubatuba, has all the utensils for a comfortable stay. the host is very polite, explains all the steps to the accommodation, gave tips about the city. The condominio has several attractions for guests. I recommend the accommodation and hope to return at another time.
