We are in the city center at Praia da Armação, on the Bardot waterfront, with great restaurants. And next door is the Zapata (nightclub) with a lot of excitement, music and joy. On holidays and weekends, it is even more lively! The gate accesses the corridor that serves another house of ours. The house is totally independent! House/Loft: On the ground floor: service area, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs: The bedroom with 1 double bed, living room with sofa bed and balcony (integrated), with sea view.

Beautiful house in the center of Búzios with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. A double room with an incredible view of the Lagoon, a single room with two single beds that can be adapted to become a double bed, a pergola balcony, a hammock and a barbecue, a bathroom with a shower with hot and cold water, a full kitchen integrated with the dining and living room, a laundry room and a prime location, 30 seconds' walk to Praia do Canto and a few steps from the famous Rua das Pedras downtown.

It's on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with pool and barbecue over the sea of Geribá.
