Pode deixar o carro na garagem pois esta moradia fica perto de tudo o que necessita nas suas férias, 500 metros da praia (8 minutos a pé), 20 metros do supermercado e pastelarias nos arredores. Armação de Pêra fica na zona central do Algarve, 15 minutos de Albufeira e de Portimão. Perto do Zoomarine e de parques Aquáticos.

Sol Poente is a beautiful family villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large pool (5,0mx12,5m) with jetstream and a trampoline. The property is situated on a plot of over 1.600m2. The house has been completely renovated in 2022 and here you can enjoy the Portuguese sun and relax on one of the sun beds on the large terrace. The house also offers plenty of shade for the warmer days and there is an outside dining area. The villa is located only 1 km from the beach and the centre.

A spacious living area is shown, featuring two comfortable armchairs and a sofa arranged around a light wood coffee table. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, illuminating the modern dining table with wooden accents and a view of the outdoor space.
