Located minutes from the Highway to access Lisbon, Coina Train Station, Shopping, Green spaces and easy access to the Quinta do Perú Golf Course. A 2-minute drive away is the Lidl Supermarket, among others, and a Pharmacy. A 25-minute drive away, you have Setúbal, with access to Tróia by ferry boat, and beaches such as Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra and the Cabo Espichel Lighthouse!

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida.
