The house is simple but very cozy. I have nothing to complain about, feel at home, we love the place and the locals are super antecious, we had no problem. Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

Our stay at the beach house at Enseada was excellent! The house is large, well cared for and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. A special highlight goes to the homemade Fabiano and his wife who were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us with whatever we needed. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!
