This charming and cosy apartment (50 sqm) can be found on the first floor of a beautiful historic building. Upon entering the apartment, you will come across a fully equipped kitchenette where you have everything you need to prepare meals, which you can enjoy seated at the breakfast bar table. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can relax in the comfy armchairs whilst enjoying a glass of wine and watching the satellite TV. The bedroom at the end of the hall is a welcome retreat with it's warm and stylish decor and two spacious built in cupboards with beautiful 17th century carved wooden doors. Last but not least, the bathroom has a large shower, which is perfect to revive you after a long day walking around Rome taking in the fabulous sights. This apartment is in a central location and you can enjoy all the sights Rome has to offer, either on foot or by using the metro, which is 5 minutes walk away. All space I like meeting my guests and showing them the apartment and its facilities. They can always contact me during their stay on my mobile. I will give them the keys during check in. Well served by public transport, it stands out primarily for its buildings built between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The area is also very well served by public transports, bus and subway (Ottaviano- Saint Peter stop) and there are many shops, coffee bars and trendy restaurants. The apartment is 10 minutes walks from the bus stop to Fiumicino airport

In the characteristic Borgo Pio district in a very quiet historic building from the 1800s, 100 meters from St. Peter's Basilica and 500 meters from the Vatican Museums. Very close to the shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo and Via del Corso. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a large living room with a large sofa and a double sofa bed, a dining table and a large kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and microwave. The apartment has 2 TVs and Wi-Fi internet, independent heating and central air conditioning in all rooms. Check-in time is quite flexible; you need to arrange your arrival time in advance by email or Whatsapp. Check-out is by 10 a.m. I'll send you instructions on how to pick up the keys. The building does not have an elevator. The Borgo district is a quiet and elegant area within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums as well as the great shopping street Cola di Rienzo, which connects the historic center of Rome, Piazza del Popolo, with the Vatican. Our residence is a few meters from the Ottaviano metro stop, with which you can easily reach all the attractions of the Eternal City. Appartamento moderno al centro di Roma situato al 5 piano con ascensore e vicino alla metropolitana. In 8 minuti a piedi raggiungi il Vaticano. Composta da una grande camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno, un salone con cucina dove vi è un soppalco con un altro letto matrimoniale ( al quale si accede con una scala). La casa è molto luminosa avendo due grandi finestre. Via Cola di Rienzo è piena di caffè e ristoranti. A piedi puoi raggiungere la Fontana di Trevi, il Pantheon, piazza Navona.
