Our adult only gite complex provides you with 17 acres of private peaceful surroundings. We are nestled in a tranquil valley close to a bustling village on the banks of the Lot river. Our gites are an easy drive to the Dordogne. Your self catering accommodation is situated in a small complex with three gites, allowing you to unwind and relax.

The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Independent house, not overlooked, made of stone located in an old hamlet. This comfortable accommodation will seduce you with its neat decoration, its private HOT TUB will be appreciated after long visits, its location to explore Sarlat, the beautiful villages, the Dordogne valley, its castles and all the must-see sites. Two terraces at your disposal to enjoy a good meal outdoors or relax on the deckchairs. Hot tub water changed after stay. Pool shared with owner.

Relax in this charming 30 m2 studio, annex of our house with independent entrance, located in a very quiet area and offering you a magnificent view, 5 minutes from all shops and 10 minutes from the city center of Cahors. Beautiful living room with a bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You will have access to our swimming pool (we make sure to use the pool only in the absence of our guests) and can also enjoy a covered terrace and garden.

You are very welcome at our farmhouse. The farm is in a quiet and rural location. The property is suitable for 9 people and has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a cozy kitchen diner. Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
