In den umliegenden Restaurants, Gast- und Wirtshäusern werden sie bestens kulinarisch verwöhnt. Die Zufahrt zur Hütte ist über eine Schotterstraße mit dem Auto möglich.

Das Badezimmer ist modern gestaltet und bietet eine ebenerdige Dusche. Kostenloses TV und Wlan steht Ihnen im ganzen Haus zur Verfügung. Unsere liebevoll restaurierte Villa Sebaldi bietet viel Platz auf zwei Ebenen, es stehen insgesamt über 300m2 mit 6 Schlafzimmern ,4 Bädern und zwei Wohnzimmern zu Verfügung.Zwei Esszimmer runden die Gemütlichkeit noch ab. Von der Küche aus gibt es eine kleine Terrasse und im Obergeschoss den herrlichen Verandabalkon mit Blick zur Rax. Um das Haus herum erstreckt sich ein großzügiger Garten, in dem man im Sommer grillen kann, oder einfach unter dem alten Apfelbaum die Seele baumeln lässt.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
