This cozy apatment is located in the center of Premantura, but in the small and old street with no traffic. Peacefull , with the sunny terrace to fully enjoy the morning coffe. It is near to all facilities: supermarket, caffe bars,restaurants,...

It has absolutely everything you need for an amazing vacation. It is very cozy, clean, well equipped and really feels like being at home. It is very close to both entrances to Kamenjak. Tamara is an amazing person and communication with her was very easy. She gave us all usefull local tips and offered help for anything we may need. I would strongly recommend this place it is suitable with or without kids. We're waiting to be back :)”
The home was built on a rocky terrain in early eighties by our grand parents. The "do it yourself" spirit with which the whole place was made, became the trademark of our house.

The lovely and cozy appartment has everthing you need, plus a huge terrace with sun till evening where you can listen to a great musician (if you are lucky and he is playing). We felt home instantly. It‘s not a huge area so you can walk everthing. There are a lot of different beaches and if you like some touristic attractions you can totally find them there. So, If you want to have nice holidays in a cozy appartment with lovely hosts in a little village near the sea, you should definitely go for it. If you go ask Ana (Vuks Sister) for potaman and try a GinTonic or their Kraftbeer. It‘s amazing! We will definitely go back there to stay in this appartment, enjoy time with this lovely people and drink a lot of potamans great kraftbeer! Thanks again for 10 great days in premantura :)!”
A great place for people who wish to get a relaxing holiday and a feeling of home away from home. The apartment is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery. Our apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. The nearest beach is 300 m from the apartment. Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist agencies are within walking distance.

This is a perfect flat to visit the park and go to really nice beaches (15 minutes to go to the south part). The bed is really confortable and everything was really clean.
