Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

House da mamma is a cozy house in the historic part of Rovinj, near the church of St. Euphemia and the park. It is a holiday haven for family or friends. There are a lot of good emotions and pleasant memories in its equipment and substance. In recent years, it has been successfully rented and has received great reviews. This year, the house returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, bathroom and exclusive access to the yard, which is its great asset.
