Im Winter erreichen sie die Bergbahnen des Skiresorts "Carezza" in nur 8 Minuten und jene der "Seiser Alm" in 25 Minuten.

This stunning chalet offers mountain views few places in the Dolomites can beat: Just minutes from the national park, the castle and the Völser Weiher lake, this home is an amazing home base for hiking and swimming in the summer, as well as skiing and ice skating in the winters. We are close to the villages of Völs and Kastelruth as well as the incomparable Seiser Alm and its vistas. We are also just 20 minutes from South Tyrols Capital city of Bolzano and the airport.
