MagnoliaHouse is located 900m. from the beach of Kyani Aktis and 1.4 km from the settlement of Pantokrator. The house is located on the ground floor of a single-family house and has a small inner courtyard to enjoy the beautiful scents of our flowers.

In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
