The house is located on the ground floor of a single-family house and has a small inner courtyard to enjoy the beautiful scents of our flowers.

The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.
