Lovely apartment in a part of the city that is off the tourist places. Amazing sunset view with pittoresk fisher boats. I loved the round windows with the amazing view of the stars from the bed at night. The water is clean enough for a quick swim in between, and there is a great beach about 10 minutes to the north by motorbike. Also em Van was most helpful - supporting our slightly bumpy arrival, giving advice on places to go, helping us renting a motorbike… Cảm ơn rất nhiều em Van! The location is slightly remote - having a motorbike is advisable. If you want to get a glimpse of the “normal” live in Dương Đông, the fishermen’s work, the women mending nets - it’s a good place. There’s a nice cafe around the corner as well as a restaurant. If you want to be in the middle of bars and spas and close to the night market you might want to choose a different place.

Mr Lee and his family were fantastic hosts. Greeted us at checkin and showed us to the room which was spacious, clean, and bright with sunshine. It’s right on the river which was a lovely view to wake up to and sit by with a coffee in the morning. It’s a 10 minute ride outside the main part of town (about 6k riel) or we rented motorbikes which we stored there a few nights. Really nice stay and would absolutely recommend if you’d like to be a little removed from the noise of the town.

Phong’s place was exactly what we needed to get over our jet leg, rest and not be rushed. He was an incredible host that took us on excursions that tourists otherwise couldn’t have. 5 nights is perfect. We can’t say enough about Phong and his family. 100% would recommend again and again.

Villa Ananda was an absolute dream. Every detail of this stunning home is beautifully thought out—from the elegant decor to the serene atmosphere, making it the perfect escape. The villa was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and filled with charm. The pool and surrounding spaces were pure bliss, offering a tranquil place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Kep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of Sokhim and his wonderful wife. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Sokhim went above and beyond, arranging an amazing tour for us and coordinating TukTuk transportation throughout our stay, making everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. This is a place I will absolutely return to, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Kep, Villa Ananda is it!

The Villa is located in prime Central area in Phu Quoc island. We were spoilt for choices of local restaurants and shopping at the night market. Viet was very helpful and responsive if I had any questions or request. Definitely will look to book the same accommodation on my next stay there. Thanks for the stay Viet.

Le rapport qualité-prix est évidemment excellent ! Pour une somme minime on obtient ce dont on n'oserait imaginer ailleurs, tout est extrêmement soigné, travaillé, l'ambiance est à la fois luxueuse et chaleureuse, les chambres suffisamment grandes pour 3 et parfaitement propres. L'accueil est au top et la possibilité d'emprunter gratuitement les kayaks très appréciable. Un peu loin du centre mais rien n'est inaccessible au vu de l'offre de tuktuk 😊 bref, un plaisir.

This is a wonderful place to stay for some much needed peace and enjoying nature in the Cambodian countryside. The house is modern and beautiful. Great pool that my family loved swimming in. Well equipped and comfortable home with lots of space.
