Apartment converted into a fully renovated 40m² studio. It's my own home, which I renovated with great care. I only rent it out when I go on holiday. It's 5 minutes from the train. There is a supermarket, restaurants, a cycle path, a pharmacy and a launderette, all less than a 2-minute walk away. 4 km from Oriente with transport links to the whole country. 4.5 km from the airport but without the noise. It is located on the 4th floor without a lift and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
