A rural house surrounded by nature, for complete relaxation, surrounded by vegetable gardens and olive groves. We are located in the archaeological park of the ancient Appia - ancient Roman road, open-air museum and UNESCO heritage site - and we are 15 minutes from the Baths of Caracalla and Circus Maximus, the historic heart of Rome. Recovered from an old annex, the house is located on a panoramic hilltop within a three-hectare farm estate and is surrounded by a beautiful dining and relaxation area with a hot tub.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Villa Pina

Villa Pina si trova in Contrada San Martino, a pochi minuti dal caratteristico borgo di Priverno (LT) e a soli dieci minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria di Priverno-Fossanova. La posizione è perfetta per chi desidera un soggiorno rilassante ma ben collegato: Roma dista circa un’ora e Napoli due ore in auto. A poca distanza si trova la splendida Abbazia cistercense di Fossanova, luogo ricco di fascino spirituale e storico, dove visse e morì San Tommaso d'Aquino.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

I motivi per soggiornare sono molteplici Il primo è la tranquillità l'appartamento si trova nel centro del paese dove l'accesso è solamente a piedi L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco con soffitto caratteristico in legno e parti delle mura hanno la pietra a vista, la scala che porta da un piano all'altro è in legno con travi originali dell'epoca In ogni piano è presente un bagno (uno di servizio nel primo piano) e un bagno con doccia nel piano rialzato
