Monthly Rentals in Prokopata

Our stay at the property was great! All spotless and tidy just as it was in the description. The space is very thoughtful, in a quiet spot with ample parking and very close to Argostoli! Hosts are very friendly and willing to help and provide information. If we would come back here again we would stay and we will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Kefalonia! We had a two-week stay that unfortunately started with an issue on the flight that was canceled. Communication with Thanasis was perfect and he handled the situation in the best way by waiting for us until late hours (it was about midnight). The house is large and equipped with a great air conditioning system, we took great advantage of the mega TV on which we saw all the Olympics on Eurosport via DAZN. Thanasis was perfect and friendly, great change of sheets/towels after a week and the availability of bath products (shampoo, bath foam, toilet paper, etc...) that we usually don't find in houses. From the house you can reach Argostoli in 15 minutes by car, or 5 minutes to get to the bridge and a 10-minute walk. The area, all in all, is great for visiting the Island because it is central and we went in all directions with a maximum of 50 minutes of travel.

We originally planned to stay at Georgia’s place for three days, but ended up staying there the entire week we were on Cefalonia. Georgia is a sweet, kind and incredibly helpful person and her son is adorable. She helped us book a car, get our laundry washed and if anything was missing in the apartment she found it straight away. The apartment is small, cozy and ideal for a vacation, where you spend your time outside during the day and just want to relax inside in the evening. If we come back to Cefalonia we will for sure reach out to Georgia. Thank you so much for hosting us!

I travel a lot with Airbnb and I can say that in Cephalonia I found the best host and the best home among all those we have been to. Kostas and his family are uniquely helpful and kind. The house is beautiful and comfortable, we stayed in 4 plus a 15-month-old baby, excellent level of cleanliness and maximum tranquility. As for the location, it is very good for the Argostoli area and sandy beaches within a 15-minute drive maximum, for the others like Myrtos, Petani, Fiskardo you can get there in half an hour/one hour (Fiskardo). I would definitely come back and recommend Kostas' accommodation. Thanks for everything.
