Monthly Rentals in Prosser

This is our second time staying at Grant Place with our 3 young children, but even enjoyed it more this time getting to make use of the lovely fenced backyard during a beautiful sunny spring week. There’s lush green grass that’s well maintained and a fireplace with comfortable outdoor seating for 4. The hosts have been always kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Look forward to our next stay.

Alexis was wonderful, very responsive! The Keurig coffee machine wasn’t working and the same day, he had one dropped off that worked. Place was clean Andy upon arrival. Very rural area, so not much around. Some light comes in through the windows, and workers across the street start shifts early and leave early, but not too noisy. Surrounded by a few churches, dollar tree, Safeway, gas/necessities. Prepare to travel a little bit for restaurants or other amenities. Bed sheets, pillows, linens could have been a little more clean, however the washer and dryer look and perform brand new, so easy to wash and clean. The water from the shower was a little harsh on our skin for some reason, so it dried us out BUT all in all was a great stay and would stay again in the future. Thank You

The house is perfect, quiet even though a train may pass by. The views of the river, mountains and surrounding area makes this place special.

A very nice place, small but slightly bigger than I expected. Decently priced, good location, and great instructions from the hosts. Well stocked kitchen and free coffee, etc. The queen and double beds are soft and the twin is more firm. I did find it odd that there weren't any top sheets on the beds, just the fitted sheet and the quilt on top of it. You may want to bring some extra blankets for warmth if you have more guests. We would've liked if the bedding wasn't scented, it was quite fragrant and that's a common sensitivity for many people now. Also the thermostat was quite frustrating, at least 4 times per day/night it would automatically turn down the temperature without any warning nor indication. We couldn't easily find how to change this, but neither did we contact the hosts about it so that's on us. Overall I definitely recommend staying here and would do so again! 3 people total is very comfortable in the space, but more than 4 would be quite cramped.
