Welcome to "Villa La Marmotte" located in an idyllic setting between Nice and Monaco. The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! A lovely garden where you can eat in the shade under the tangerine tree on hot days. Parking is available directly in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are given priority.
