L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Very bright and cozy loft nested on last (6th US) floor with a lift in an historic building (with a lift) just a stone-throw from the Old Harbor. The unit is oriented East and offers unobstructed views on the Old Harbor, Cap de Nice and the sea that you can enjoy from the patio, the sofa, the dining table or even your bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

It offers a very bright high-end contemporary space and an unforgettable East/West view of the sea! The village of Sausset les pins on the blue coast offers all shops within walking distance 30 minutes from the old port of Marseille or Aix en Provence, 1 hour from the Luberon ( Lourmarin) or the Alpilles ( St Rémy de Provence) there is no shortage of dream destinations!
