Josh’s place was wonderful - clean, comfortable and close to all the places we wished to visit. Additionally - good smelling soaps, the softest toilet paper, complimentary bottle of wine and coffee- all the small touches made big difference. Thank you, Josh!

Stephanie met me prior to going to the property and she was so kind and helpful She gave amazing advice on where to eat and things to do. Our stay at this fresh apartment was perfect! It provided ample room for our family, and was within walking distance of our son’s home. Our host was responsive, kind, and very friendly. I would love to stay here again when we return to Providence!

Jennifer’s place is lovely. Check in was smooth and convenient. It’s spacious and the location is excellent. It’s a little bit loud because you can hear people even if they’re talking at a normal conversational volume in the apartments below and above, but this is pretty normal at rentals in Providence in my experience - just something to be aware of.

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

This was our second time staying at Richard's place and what impressed us most was how everything was just as clean, beautifully-appointed and comfortable as when we visited two years ago. We love staying here and hope to return again!

Rachael’s space was a perfect place for my family of 5 to enjoy the area around providence. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access into the beautiful Rodger Willam’s park. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

The place was great. Very quirky old house endlessly fascinating what it lacked in modern amenities it made up for mystery. Great location in an absolutely stunning neighborhood. Courtney was great.

The carriage house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet at night and was easily accessible to downtown Providence. The home was very clean. We appreciated the large bedrooms, upgraded fixtures, and comfortable beds. The living room was good for our family of 4. The kitchen has all the basics. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating.

Amazing house! So much detail and care in keeping the beautiful character of this home with modern updates in all the right places. We had a large group and had beds for everyone and lots of communal space for people to hang out and visit. Great location to all that we needed!

We had a great experience at Yosefa's place! From Yosefa being a friendly & responsive host to the home's cleanliness, unique & fun decor, ease of check in, & accessibility to many good coffee shops & restaurants, we couldn't have asked for more. This location also made for a great home base to explore other nearby locations of interest & coastal towns. Highly recommend & would stay here again!

We have only compliments for this charming condo located in a beautiful neighborhood an easy walk from the Brown University campus. Everything in the place was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. The hosts paid attention to details (hooks and shelves in the bathroom, umbrellas available for use) and were highly responsive about communicating instructions ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The building and neighborhood was picturesque and a very easy walk to the Brown University Campus. The amenities were everything we’d hoped from a well equipped kitchen, to great spaces to relax. There were lots of clean towels and blankets. We would love to stay here every time we visit the area.

We had a nice stay overall. The steps leading up to the apartment weren’t bad, but there were quite a few strong-scented plug-ins in both the hallway and the apartment itself. They were a bit overwhelming for our asthmatic lungs and allergies. We didn’t have any major issues during the stay, but the dryer wasn’t working properly—which we didn’t find out until we tried to do a quick load of the baby’s clothes right before check-out. The host sent someone up when we notified them, but unfortunately, there wasn’t time to get it fixed before we had to leave. Not the end of the world—we found a laundromat on the way home, and it gave us a chance to stretch our legs. A fun surprise was a parade that went right by the house—it was a great bonus and everyone enjoyed it! All in all, despite a couple of hiccups, we would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Plenty of room with nice furniture, the place was spotless, quiet neighborhood but with lots of nice places to eat nearby, his Guidebook was super helpful, communication was proactive and very helpful.

Everything was even better than described. Very clean and very comfy, especially the beds were really good! Ryan was very helpful und always could provide a fast and easy answer. Thanks for the nice stay! 10/10 would recommend!

This apartment was well situated close to downtown, very clean and pleasant. Neighborhood is pretty and restaurants in the area were great. We used it mostly just as a place to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no living room, but kitchen, bathroom, and dining area and 3 bedrooms. It is well equipped with things you may have forgotten like razor, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. I was grateful for the earplugs because the plumbing is surprisingly noisy. Check out is blissfully low effort like a hotel.

Place was perfect. I was there for a soccer tournament and it accommodated so well. Also you are only 20 min. Away from providence. Also alot of good places to eat nearby.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
