Brand new accomodation,mq 68, fine finishes and furnish, very cozy with all services you need with A/C and optic fiber WIFI. Ground floor of ancient palace in Lucca, few meters away from the iconic Guinigi Tower, one of the most famous attraction in the city. Ideal for people who wants to enjoy at best the city center, but still have quiet and tranquillity in one of the finest quartier of the city. Excellent also as HQ to visit other places in Tuscany all very near like Florence, Pisa, Versilia.

It’s a cozy attic with wooden beams, perfect for experiencing the Tuscan atmosphere with your family. The Middle Ages is our furnishings!! We really hope that you will notice how carefully we proceeded to the preservation and recovery of the original ancient architecture. Sculpted natural stone, river stone, brick baked in furnace and exposed wood........also an essay of hydraulic technology of 600 years ago: a water drainage duct built by hand in modular terracotta. It will be a pleasure to go out on foot or with our bikes, but also to return, relax....and feel Lucchese!

L'appartamento è un progetto mio e di mio fratello. Abbiamo curato la ristrutturazione di persona realizzando artigianalmente gli arredi. Si trova all'interno della cinta muraria di Lucca, con soffitti ad oltre 3 metri e doppi affacci che rendono lo spazio decisamente luminoso. Possiede un piccolo balcone e un caminetto decorativo (non utilizzabile per regolamento cittadino). E' un attico e si trova al 3° piano di un edificio storico, non possiede ascensore.
