Arranged on two levels, the ground floor consists of: a large living room with a double sofa bed that can be transformed into a comfortable room, thanks to the versatility of its furnishings, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen overlooking the courtyard where you can dine; on the first floor there is: a spacious double bedroom with a pouf bed and a large bathroom with shower and terrace.

Top location, fabulous view, the apartment is located on the seafront, crossing the road you will find yourself on the promenade at the entrance to the beach resorts. When you enter (from the 2nd floor) you will feel like you are on a boat, climb the stairs for modernity and breathtaking views. Attic penthouse on the 3rd floor, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom, all new. No elevator. Pocket terrace for eating, sunbathing and aperitifs. Garage, air conditioning, washing machine, linens, dishwasher, etc.

The Apartment, partially renovated in 2024, consists of a living area and kitchen on the ground floor. Sleeping area and bathroom on the bright basement floor with windows. It is located in a late 70's beach residence situated in the Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli natural park. The place is very quiet, surrounded by pine trees which provide a lot of natural shade and breeze and it's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. FREE WIFI at all times.This is the perfect stay for NATURE LOVERS!!

Quiet and romantic, 20' from the sea and surrounded by greenery. We ONLY HOST NON-SMOKING ADULTS, we are pet-friendly (small size) and very environmentally friendly. Pedona is a 5' walk from the property, and offers 2 groceries and 1 restaurant. Camaiore, a historic and well-served city, is an 8' drive away. Our Wi-Fi is VERY LAZY, but the “connection” is not our priority😉. There is the possibility to book an umbrella on the private beach at €25 per day (payment on the beach).

wonderful third floor apartment with sea view. finely and carefully furnished. modern and sober in the choice of colors. maximum care of every detail. three-room 65-square-meter kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and large living room overlooking the sea. sofa (bed) and reading couch make relaxing moments comfortable. the night and day sea view are unique moments that deserve to be lived. Every day at sunset time the nature between sea and sky offers a different landscape every day.

Fully restored, cozy and comfortable apartment 100m from the sea on the Viareggio promenade, close to fashion shops, restaurants, clubs and a small supermarket. Located within the carnival circuit, so you don't need to buy tickets. 15 min walk from the station. Every 30 min trains to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, and the charming Cinque Terre. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is accessed with a private entrance through a small garden.

The apartment includes: a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher , a bathroom with shower and two double, adjoining rooms. It has a terrace with an astonishing sea view. Within the rooms there are both the conditioning air and the heating system. There is also the car park. From May to September there is the access to the beach of the bathhouse Lido Verde with tent and deckchairs.
