The beach is only 350 m away, the station 550, and in a few minutes on foot you will find the pedestrian market and the pine forest for a regenerating walk.

A small nest in the heart of Garfagnana

Accommodation in the small ancient village of Gragnanella, a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Castelnuovo. Surrounded by nature in the "Heart" of Garfagnana. Where everything seems to stop. The house is on three floors: kitchen with microwave, induction stove and fridge. Upstairs, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility on request to transform them into a double bed. 1 bathroom. In the basement, there is a small living room with a sofa and TV.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

The accommodation is on the second floor of a 17th-century manor house, situated within a private park, with parking spaces and a shared entrance. A pleasant stay for those wishing to visit Lucca, Pistoia, Versilia, Florence, Pisa and Liguria, which are easy to reach as the A11 motorway exit is 500 metres away. Closer to home, you can visit Pinocchio Park in Collodi or Pistoia Zoo. For longer stays, please get in touch with us – we will be happy to make arrangements with guests.

Apartment renovated in 2025 in the center of Lucca, third floor without elevator, with access by stone staircase. Open space with modern kitchen and living area with comfortable sofa bed for two people and loft with bed for two people and wardrobe. Bedroom with double bed and spacious closet. Large bathroom with rain shower and towel warmer. Special attention for allergy sufferers. Breakfast included with packaged products. Comfortable and functional, ideal for a quiet stay.

The little house at the washhouse

My house is located in the middle of the olive trees near an old washhouse. The small village of Oneta is served by public transport, and in a few minutes you can reach the center of Borgo a Mozzano where there are activities for the family, a shopping center and the train station. You'll love my little house because of the cozy atmosphere, the outdoor spaces, and the intimacy of the interiors. It is suitable for couples, families (with children) and large groups.

Nara apartment is located in the center of Pietrasanta, the small Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets with a predominantly residential composition, therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops and art galleries. The sea and the Versiliana Park are minutes away by bike (provided free of charge for the entire stay - 3 adult sizes)

The apartment/tavern is on the ground floor of a single-family house, separated from the first floor, guaranteeing privacy for guests. It has a large garden, veranda and private parking, in a very quiet setting 1.2 km from the walls of Lucca, 16 minutes on foot, 1.4 km from the train station. The apartment has a low internal height (with the exception of the living room), making the atmosphere cozy. Pets welcome.
