Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Lucca

Stay x 4 days with my wife in "full" August, everything is fine ! The studio is nice, well cared for, and has everything you need. Very, very convenient to park a car inside the condominium. The only small problem is the absence of air conditioning (there is still a nice fan) although, honestly, we have not missed it much thanks to the drop in temperatures these days. Let's go back !!

Renovated apartment, just for 4 people, sea view from all the windows, location directly on the seafront, everything is perfect! We did not use anything but very comfortable washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, waffles, cookies and snacks in addition to fresh water. Friendly guest, available and always quick to respond, flexibility in check-in and check-out, nice to find people who welcome you with a smile (both mother and son). We will definitely be back.

We were guests at Gianna and Alessio's house for two days and honestly we felt at home not only for the building in excellent condition as seen in the photo, but above all for the availability of the owners to meet any need having two girls, one of whom I have to say very helpful. The place is near Viareggio where we wanted to go to see the carnival. Recommended we will be back

excellent experience, the apartment was very clean. Parking was also easy to find in the area despite it being the night before a masked class. Giovanna was very friendly and kind and asked several times if we needed anything.

This spot is right on the beach and easy to find. There is loads to do in the local area for both kids and adults. The flat is really modern and was exactly what we needed with a young family!

Comfortable apartment, including everything you need for your stay. Great location for the center and as a base to go to Lucca and the surroundings or the sea. Friendly and accurate host in info. Recommended!

Amazing place, great location

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Great stay hosted by Alessandra. Super friendly, accommodating and responsive host. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable home. Easy walk to the sea, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again when back in the area.

Super nice area. Beautiful pool and super lovely hosts. The arrival was no problem, even the somewhat arduous road was no longer an issue after the 2 driveway. I would just not recommend it with a deep car😉. The hosts were already on site and the check-in was a dream and can also be reached at any time. Will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. 🫶

Beautiful house in the center of Viareggio with wonderful outdoor spaces. The strategic location has allowed us to visit the city , the territory and the carnival. Francesca is an exemplary host: she gave us great directions and made the apartment particularly usable for our one-and-a-half-year-old. I highly recommend this apartment.

The house is very nice and the view of the hills and the sea is wonderful. There is a very nice multi-story garden, a balcony, a table and chairs outside, you feel great. Heating is paid separately, three of us didn't pay too much. The road to get there is typical mountain, we had no problems. Gloria is very kind, we recommend Pietrasanta!

We really enjoyed our stay in Forte dei Marmi. The location of Simone’s house is perfect. Very close to the center of Forte with lots of beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants. Also very close to the beach. Simone was very responsive when we needed assistance which was fantastic.

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

More than positive experience, Elena is a helpful and considerate host. The house is very thoughtful, tastefully furnished. The garden is also thoughtfully cared for, practical and reserved. Come back !!!

Great place and fab location, a stones throw from the station and 10 mins walk to a variety of shops , town, sea etc. Great shower, fully equipped modern apartment. Only criticism would be street noise early in the morning and beds were too hard for me as I prefer a softer supportive mattress. If you like a hard mattress, this place is a great find.

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The location is just perfect, right in the center. You can easily reach everything on foot. We were there for the carnival. The carnival parade is spectacular. Heating in the apartment was good, we felt very comfortable, 3rd floor without elevator was no problem. Clear recommendation.

Visiting this gorgeous seaside town in the off-season on the beautiful Italian coast was one of the best decisions we made on this trip! The penthouse of this historic hotel (just steps from the ocean) had the most spectacular views… not to mention they were from a warm and bubbling hot tub. The place had charm and personality — not to mention a sleeping situation that found us cozily slumbering for 12 hours each night. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Martin, personally greeted us to let us in and made sure we had everything we needed. The town itself has very easy to access train transportation, which took us to a beautiful afternoon in Cinque Terre. The only thing we might have added to this stay was an extra night. Thank you, Martin. Your stay may be tough to beat! Hope to see you again!
