We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorella’s apartment. Adorable place and very kept. The location was perfect, right around the corner from Piazza Maggiore. Restaurants right downstairs. Fiorella was very welcoming and flexible with us. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Bologna, we would definitely stay here again

One of the best vacation rental experiences I have ever had. The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space for the whole family. Federica was amazing and had stocked the kitchen with plenty of breakfast items and snacks. The house does have lots of stairs but the elevator goes to all floors for anyone with mobility issues. We would absolutely recommend this home for anyone who wants to experience a grand Italian city home.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Greatly communicated, having nearby landmarks such as Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna... Despite being very close to the airport, we were never bothered by the planes. Well air-conditioned, with large rooms and comfortable beds on the top floor. Good table and televisions (one in one of the bedrooms and one larger, in the living room). Everything is very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Own parking space at the door. Good communication and kindness. As a better point, we could talk about the bathtub, classic but a little uncomfortable.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

The property exceeded our expectations . A clean and quiet apartment with a fantastic terrace area to sit outside. The location was perfect for us as it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There are a number of great local cafes on the walk to the centre and truly amazing architecture on the way. Roberta was always responsive with any enquiries we had and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful area with lots of cafés, restaurants, a beautiful museum and park right around the corner.

We have stayed in many ABNB’s throughout Europe and this stay was among the very best in all ways. Small unit, but better equipped than places 3X the size. Great location. Don’t be deterred by the closeness to the train station. The apartment is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional location in the heart of the city center. It's a well appointed one bedroom with easy access from the train station and airport. The space is clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and my choice location when I return to Bologna again.

A perfect place to stay while in Bologna! Walkable to all the main sights, and the street was quiet at night. The space itself was very clean, well decorated, and had every amenity you could need. Absolutely would stay again!

Unique space with great access to Bologna's sights + the train.

Apartment as described, stocked with all the essentials. Convenient area for visiting the historic center as well as very close to all the essential services. Josefina was immediately very kind in meeting our needs. We had a great stay.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

We stayed for a weekend at Daniele's place. The house is small but equipped with everything you need, super warm, which in winter is a fundamental aspect especially if you travel like us with children. Daniele is a very nice host, he immediately gave us clear directions to the apartment so it was very easy to get there. The house is very clean and with a wonderful view. We had a great time. If possible, we will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean house. Good location. Very well equipped and equipped with everything you need, toilet paper, soap, even coffee sugar and everything you need. Unique parking is not easy to find and the noise of the building, a little annoying given the ground floor. Overall recommended.

The accommodation provided by Silvia is in a very quiet and peaceful area, very close to the places of interest, which can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean and cozy! Silvia is a very helpful host, she was very clear in her directions and always responded kindly and met my needs, especially regarding late check-out. Highly recommend!

Franca was a fantastic host. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and provided us with great recommendations of where to eat and sites to see from a local's perspective. We appreciated her helping us make reservations for restaurants and answering any questions we had. Her place is spacious and made for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed being across from the train station, which made taking day trips and arriving/departing from the city very convenient. By foot, the city center is about a 25-30 minute walk. We walked everywhere during our stay. When we return to Bologna, we will definitely stay at Franca's place again! The food in Bologna is truly a treat, especially all the home-made pasta dishes. Grazie mille!

Good location for business trip. A bit noisy in the evening but overall good appartement.
