Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Easy Airport and train connections by bus. Noises may be heard from the above. Take ear plugs if a light sleeper!

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Una piccola casa del design proprio accanto alle mura di Pisa! Abbiamo studiato per voi gli spazi e lo stile di questa casa per rendere il vostro soggiorno un' esperienza di comfort e unicità. Gli arredi sono ispirati al design degli anni 70; dalla cucina su ruote si passa alla sala con il comodo Togo acquamarina. Vicino alla camera con un moderno Tatami, c è il bagno con il suo box doccia in cristallo. Fuori dalla sala, il giardino curato dove potrete rilassarvi, ed il posto auto privato.

Possibilità di ospitare 4 persone ( letto matrimoniale, 1 letto ad una piazza e mezza), con aggiunta di un lettino per bambini. Il quartiere, Santa Maria, è tra i più antichi di Pisa. Nelle vicinanze c'è il museo delle Sinopie, l' Orto e Museo Botanico , il Museo degli Strumenti per il Calcolo, Museo dell' opera del Duomo. Potrete visitare la città comodamente a piedi.

Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring
