This is a very nice property (100 m2) on the country with PRIVATE POOL(from 15 /04) AND GARDEN. At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a panoramic garden where there is the pool only for the guests. At the property there are 2 dogs in a cage and a nice cat

Il Gelsomino stays in Tuscany

Wonderful dependance of a rustic house in the Tuscan countryside. You are free to use the common spaces as the garden, the swimming pool 12x5 meters (open from May until September) and parking spot. The accommodation has a private entrance and a private outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches to enjoy in the silence. Inside you will find a studio apartment with a queen size bed, wardrobe, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with table, all renovated and furnished in a simple tuscan style.

The accommodation is located on a country farm, a 5-minute drive from the center of Volterra. After Porta Diana, take a short stretch of the Municipal road of S. Margherita until you reach a dirt road, the sign Bosco dell'Iris Nero leads you, along a 900-meter path, to the location. Here there are chestnut trees, olive trees, flowers and a pleasant view of the valley. You can meet roe deer, porcupines and wild boars. The cuckoo, the hoopoe, and the woodpecker inhabit the surrounding forest.

The property is located in a private space, surrounded by greenery and a few kilometers from the most characteristic cities of Tuscany. Less than an hour we find, in fact, the city of Florence, Pisa in half an hour and Siena in just over an hour. This is a small independent apartment within our property in a quiet residential area of Pontedera, the city where the "VESPA" was born. It is surrounded by a large garden with solarium. It consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed and a bathroom. The facility is new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: large fridge, oven, induction, toaster, citrus juicer, microwave, etc. There is a wooden pergola on the side.

Casa Aurelia: beautiful house on the hill, sea view!

Very cozy apartment with large living room-kitchen overlooking the garden and a bedroom with bathroom. The two-room apartment occupies the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance and garden for private use. Very nice and well-kept hilly area, not far from the sea, which offers beautiful walks, city trips full of art and history, food and wine trails in all seasons.
