Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). The double bedroom is on the mezzanine, which is accessed by a comfortable staircase. Below are the wardrobes and dressers. Designer furniture.

La Faccendina è dotata di un'ampia e luminosa camera matrimoniale, di uno spazioso bagno con doccia walk-in e al piano mansardato di una zona open space vista mare con cucina, zona pranzo ed un comodo divano che si può trasformare facilmente in letto matrimoniale. La casa è a 50 metri dal mare, dalla stazione e dalla pineta e molto vicina a tutti i servizi.

This unique accommodation has its own style and is located on the first floor of Villa Maiano in Fauglia. You sleep on a wonderful box spring and there is a sofa bed for a third person. Kitchen with induction hob with extractor and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet shower and washbasin. In the garden is a pergola with dining tables and an outdoor kitchen. The side terrace and pool has a beautiful view over the valley and Apennines.

With a vintage soul and the colours of spring water, just a few kilometres from the cities of art of Pisa and Lucca. The Loft apartment has been created from the renovation of the old warehouse of our 14 Century Tuscan manor, the architecture of the place is very striking and we have tried to maintain it's shape in tack by creating only 3 walls which are the confines of the bathroom, hence creating a large 140 meter square open space with amazing beams ceiling features (which are still the originals).
