Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Rieti

Great pleasure to stay at this B&B, very kind people, tidy apartment and beautiful landscape. They even prepared us a breakfast on their in-a-tree terrace!

Agostino is a very friendly host. The apartment is in the heart of the historical city. The area is very quet and safe. You can find restaurants very close and a little minimarket close by. With car between 10 minutes, you find several geoceries.

What a wonderful host Andrea is. We flew a long way and arrived after dark, tired and a little hungry. We found Andrea had stocked the fridge with enough groceries so we could eat something that night and provisions for breakfast which we so appreciated. We needed help with a SIM card and Andrea came the next day and actually took us to the store! The house is immaculate and has a great garden. The location is amazing as it is less than 10 minutes by car to Spoleto. There is even a train station walking distance that takes you to Spoleto in 6 minutes. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat within easy access to the amenities of Spoleto and the surrounding areas then look no further! This place is great. Thank you Andrea for your home and kindness.

It was a very pleasant stay; the accommodation is very simple but equipped with all comforts and, a gem, Roberta prepares for her guests homemade cakes and everything you need for abundant breakfasts and for all tastes, something we really appreciated! The little house is in the middle of the greenery, in a very quiet place but a 5-minute drive from Spoleto, a beautiful town. We also recommend Roberta's place for the excellent value for the price and the kindness and availability of Roberta.

The host is really the sweetest person you can imagine. In addition, there are small touches and treats for snacking in many places. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could imagine and there is really enough of everything. The whole house is like home away from home. Loving and cozy. 👍💛

Anna was very responsive in responding to our needs. Truly very kind and flexible on check-in time. The house is in line and consistent with the photos and description.

Truly one of the most incredible Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Waking up every morning to the mountain and valley view was stunning. The house itself is even bigger and more beautiful than you see in the photos. You can go for a 5 minute stroll into town where you will find 2 restaurants and 1 alimentari with local cheeses, meats, wines, and chocolates. The walk into town is stunningly beautiful. If you like to hike like we do there is a trail right behind the house that leads to an ancient hermitage which was truly a once and a lifetime experience. You must stay here!!! I cannot wait to return. David is a fantastic communicator. He went out of his way to arrange our pickup/drop off at the train station with his neighbors. We are so greatly for his generosity and the experience!

Felicita was very warm and welcoming. She advised us on where to park our car for free, and even when we mistakenly went into a pay-for-parking place, she encouraged us to go later to the free parking area, which was actually closer than our paid parking spot. Our GPS was terrible for locating her place so we got lost when walking to it, but she instantly responded and met us personally in the piazza to take us to her door. She has all kinds of amenities and snacks, even a washer/dryer, what a plus! And the studio apartment is very cozy, perfect for one person or a couple, and very quiet despite being right in the center of town. Felicita provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Also, the tourist information office is very close by with many free brochures and maps. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our stay in Lucia and Federico's lovely house was simply perfect! The house is a real jewel, furnished with taste and attention to detail, and transmits a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the first moment. The location is ideal for exploring L'Aquila on foot with easy access to the historic center. Lucia was an exceptional host: kind, helpful and ready to provide useful advice to make the most of the city and its surroundings. Communication was impeccable and we felt really welcome. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit L'Aquila and live an authentic and pleasant experience. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent and spacious apartment near the center of Terni. Recommended for everyone, especially large families or groups. The excellent air conditioning system and the tranquility of the apartment are particularly appreciated. Communication with the owners was also very easy and always positive.

The accommodations were great! The apt. Was spacious, clean and inviting. Everything is well maintained and clean. Very sweet of her to supply local wines & treats. She was a wonderful host & greeted us personally- walked us through how everything worked in her appt. She is lovely and sweet!

Alfredo's BnB was a beautiful discovery, he was kind right away and a fantastic house, well maintained and equipped with everything you need.

Lovely room in a very old building. Great welcome from Enrico and Gianna. Friendly and attentive, they also recommended a great restaurant nearby. Clean and comfortable place in a great location in the historic center of Rieti. I recommend it!

Very nice, quiet, safe and clean location, it offers a fitness area and the possibility of admiring the surrounding nature and breathing clean air, not far from the center and easily accessible by private or public transport. Welcoming, polite and helpful staff, I was able to see a great relationship between photos and description of the amenities from the website and the structure itself. I'll definitely be back, I had a great time, if you're looking for a place to lean on, it's the right one.

We were warmly welcomed by Maura, and greeted with professionalism remotely by Filippo who was not on site. New apartment in perfect condition, clean and tidy. Maura was very kind and available for any need. We had a great time for the second time. We had already stayed in April of this year. We'll be back again.

The. Accommodation was perfect and beautiful location, Donatella was lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming. She picked me up from the station and also came out later in the evening. Highly recommended.

I am a pilgrim and spent a night with Claudia. I slept really well. Since I had to leave early the next day, I made my own breakfast. A typical Italian caffettiera is available. I had a street-side room. No problem, because the windows are soundproof. The bathroom is outside the room. I was able to use it by myself. I'd love to come back.

We were delighted with our stay at Fedora's. The house is richly decorated, comfortable with magnificent views of the mountains. Fedora welcomed us very warmly and offered us delicious sweets upon arrival. The village is very beautiful and refreshing with good restaurants. Thank you very much!

I had a great time in Sara's apartment, which consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator. Sara welcomed me at the scheduled time, but she hadn't written me the intercom to play and I had to call her. Sara was very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast offer of Greek yogurt and kinder bars! The bedroom is very spacious that could even fit a fourth bed. The bathroom is private but it is separate. Too bad I only had to stop for one night - I would have been there more. The location is great, which is only a 15-minute walk to the station.

Second time we stay there. Very nice place, would recommend!
