Comfortable apartment, organized in detail to make it easy to use and located in a quiet and functional position for a vacation to discover the surrounding area.

Valerio is the host that everyone would like and deserve: a local lover and happy to make the guests feel good. The house has what you need for a peaceful and relaxed stay. Very quiet area and you have a large parking lot (free) a stone's throw away. Great place to visit Narni, Marmore waterfalls and surroundings.

Piergiorgio was kind and gave us great practical tips for the area. The apartment is cozy, clean and recently renovated. Absolutely recommended if you have to visit Spoleto !

A fantastic spot to unwind and recharge. I stayed her for an entire month. A haven of tranquilly with breathtaking valley views. The apartment's proximity to the outdoors and the stylish furnishings provide a one-of-a-kind stay. There are numerous interesting locations to visit in the vicinity, such as Stroncone, Terni, Lago di Piediluco, and Cascata delle Marmore. Terni is a great place to visit if you're looking for a city atmosphere and the food is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need especially for remote workers. For the entire month that I was there, I had no issues with the internet. The office space met my needs, and I was able to set up a nice work enivornment there. Luis and his wife are a truly remarkable couple. As a guest, they spared no effort in making me feel at ease. The hospitality and the quality of the home-cooked meals that they shared were outstanding. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return :)

Very cozy apartment in one of the characteristic staircase streets of the village of Piediluco, equipped with all the essentials for the stay. The town is a great choice to spend a few days relaxing in the middle of nature but also as a starting point to visit the Marmore Falls and the surrounding area, full of beautiful villages. Francesca was immediately friendly and helpful, also providing precise directions on services in the area and the best places to visit. Definitely a good experience.

Silvia's apartment is unique. Like nothing i have experienced in my years of using airbnb. To be right in the midst of the reconstruction of L'Aquila was remarkable. The apartment was huge. Every appliance worked and i appreciated the consumables supplied in the kitchen.

We stayed in Simona's apartment, which turned out to be complete with everything. The accommodation matches the photos in the listing, in every way (amenities, indoor, outdoor spaces and accessories provided) and Mrs. Simona was immediately available to our every request. Upon our arrival we found the apartment clean and tidy and a really kind and friendly host. The area is convenient for those who own the car since it is really easy to find parking on the street, at any time of the day, and the center is easily accessible in a short time.

Marco's place fully matches the photos. The host was very kind and offered us a flexible check-in that allowed us to finish our laps. The terrace with lake views is very evocative and romantic. My family and I only stayed for 2 days, but we found everything we needed and even more, including a bowl and a mattress for my little dog. Top. The area is quiet, green and well served. Great starting point for Marmore Falls, Narni, Labro , San Gemini and other known destinations. We'll definitely be back . Thanks Marco.

Lovely and comfortable apartment located in a great location, near Piazza del Mercato. Inside we found everything you need for the stay: coffee, water, snacks, cooking utensils. Laura welcomed us in person upon our arrival (which is not for everyone) and showed us step by step through a video where to park and how to reach the apartment in a simple and fast way.

The hosts were very hospitable. In addition to giving us tips on places to visit to taste the typical dishes of the area, they are well equipped to recharge the electric machines at the apartment. Highly recommended!

Stefano’s place was impeccable. Clean, well-stocked, and the location is stellar. It was in the heart of town so we were able to get to everything on foot. He provided us with very clear instructions and helped ensure a smooth check in process! Great stay!

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. It also has ample space and all the necessary amenities.

House in a great convenient location for various trips, very clean and tidy.

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent two days in total relaxation in Maria Laura's house. The pool gives that extra point, perfect for spending time even in the beautiful garden that surrounds it. We were treated so kindly and we were allowed to do as we were at home. Really satisfied! I recommend it for those who want to spend a couple of days in Spoleto to visit the city.

The location is quiet, Lara is very kind available for needs and at the same time despite living in the same building (the house has a separate entrance) it is reserved and not at all intrusive. We stayed two weeks with friends and 4 children who have all the space to have fun especially thanks to the beautiful large pool equipped with sun loungers and space to lean on or eat . It has a barbecue we used a couple of times . Near Terni, nice things to visit . The description of the house is correct in every aspect : bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms . New windows and mosquito nets. In short, recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Umbria , or Lazio . An hour by train from Rome .

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.

Amazing property with breathtaking views and pool. Lazio region is very underrated and this property is perfectly located to explore the little towns around Lazio. Plus it's fairly close to a train station to get to the center of Rome. Our only struggle was a stable internet connection for work, however Andrea is very proactive in resolving the issue

Laura’s home was beautiful, and perfectly located. She was very friendly and welcoming, and everything in the apartment was as described. It’s a wonderful base to explore a beautiful place.
