Sehr schöne Gegend am Comer See. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und alles ist modern Eingerichtet. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Shampoo, Fön, etc. ist alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 15 Gehminuten von Colico entfernt.

Colico is nice and not too touristy. Place is on two floors the lower floor or the basement is a bit damp and cold, but it’s still a nice space; the second floor is nice with mountain views. House is on a steep hill, 20 min walk up. Maria is a nice and kind host. She is very accommodating and responsive. Internet is not super fast but works good enough. Nice place for long stays as well. Definitely recommend

il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. l'appartamento è perfetto, nuovissimo e pulitissimo. nessun problema di freddo, ottimo impianto di riscaldamento. La cucina completissima di piatti (fondi, piani e frutta), bicchieri, calici, tazze, coppette, pentole, bollilatte, microonde, lavastoviglie, teiera, ecc.... non mancava nulla! anche caffè, te, tisane e zucchero a disposizione. Anche giochi per bambini e carte da gioco a disposizione per gli ospiti. Posto auto nel garage sottostante. unica pecca, se così la si può definire, il servizio lavanderia è esterno (anche se il personale è stato celere e disponibilissimo), mentre con tutto lo spazio che c'è nei garage potrebbe essere attrezzato con due lavatrici e due asciugatrici a gettoni. Comunque perfetto!!!!

Si vous chercher un endroit calme pour passer vos vacances, c’est le lieu idéal !! Le logement est impeccable et tout est à disposition pour se sentir comme chez soit !! L’accès à une petite plage juste en dessous est au top. À 2 min du logement ! Les propriétaires prennent de vos nouvelles pour savoir si tout va bien et sont à votre disposition si besoin. Le seul petit bémol, la voiture est indispensable pour tout faire. Même acheter le pain le matin.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Gravedona. Francesca war immer gut erreichbar und sehr flexibel. Der Ort hat eine sehr schöne Promenade (direkt vor der Tür) und einen tollen Strand, vorallem für Kinder, dieser ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, sehr beruhigt, da das Haus umgeben ist von Grün und Gärten. Hier ist kein Durchgangsverkehr, da es sich im Hinterhof direkt zum See befindet. Der Zugang zum See ist durch eine Türe abgesperrt, dieser darf mit einem Paddelboard von Francesca verwendet werden. Dies ist gut, ansonsten würden alle Feriengäste der verschiedenen Wohnungen vorbei laufen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns bei Francesca. Tipp: Ein Boot mieten in Dongo, hinter dem Iperal oder den See am Strand genießen. Das beste Eis gibt es an der Promenade kurz vor der Kirche.

Wir verbrachten 2 herrliche Wochen in „Zimmer Franka“. Grazia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin ,das Wohl ihrer Gäste liegt ihr am Herzen.Die Unterkunft ist einfach und doch ist alles notwendige + mehr vorhanden.Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Mensch und Tier.Der See ist nach etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und direkt gg ist die Bushaltestelle. Von hier aus kann man Richtung Colico oder Como fahren. Gravedonna selbst ist ein schönes eher ruhiges Städtchen. Wer es trubeliger mag, kann von hier aus leicht Ausflüge in die touristisch mehr erschlossene Gebiete machen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl u willkommen. Danke hierfür.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, toller Blick auf den See, sehr sauber und großzüg geschnittenes Appartement. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand usw fußläufig gut erreichbar. Vermieter hilft stets mit Tips und Ausflügsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher nocheinmal kommen

This place was very cozy and clean. The view was so beautiful from the terrace. Also the host Melissa was very friendly

Alex and Leonardo were very helpful, they gave us a walkthrough of the property when we arrived and made sure we knew how to work the hot-tub, etc. before they left. Their place had all the needed amenities including a bunch of outlet adapters which was great as we were from out of country. The view.. absolutely amazing. When you see it you will not regret staying in their place. The town of Varenna can get pretty crowded but Bellano which was about 4 mins away had a much quieter feel with the ability to park and walk around. If you’re a bigger person you may find the shower to be a but small (I’m 6’2” - 220lbs and it was hard to move around in) but it got the job done and they have done a lot with the space they have so don’t let that stop you. Both hosts were very polite and friendly when we arrived even though we were very late due to delayed trains and some difficulties with getting our rental car. 100% would stay again!

Tolle Gastgeber. Besser geht's nicht. Wir waren im Oktober da, schon sehr neben- saisonal. Bei uns war es sehr ruhig und wir hatten den Strand fast für uns.
