Apartment in villa, with infinity pool, great sea views from most parts of the villa, the terrace and garden area; 300m walking distance from the beach. Newly renovated, with stunning state of the art kitchen, comfortable seating in living, dining and terrace area. The villa is on the ground level (there is an independent apartment on the upper floor) consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms ; superb covered veranda, ideal for dining and lounging, with stunning views onto the bay

Amazing Beach House

Beautiful house completely refurbished in 2020. Located a few minutes walk from the wonderful Sardinian coast. In an extremely quiet and peaceful spot, your privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The house can accomodate 4 people. Within 5-15 minutes there are many beaches that can be reached as well as the world famous Tuerreda and its crystal clear waters. The charming town of Teulada can be reached in only ten minutes.

A spacious sleeping area features two beds arranged with fresh towels. Natural light filters through a large window, reflecting the green surrounds. A dining table with a striped tablecloth offers a cozy space for meals, creating a serene atmosphere in the room.
